Like many people in the industry, Jennifer's path was reshaped by the events of September 2001. She stepped away from travel, raised her daughters, and moved through a different chapter of life entirely. When she returned to the industry in 2014, she came back with something many advisors simply do not have: perspective. She knew what she valued, what kind of business she wanted to build, and why the human side of travel advisory work matters more than ever in a world of automated platforms and impersonal booking systems.
