September 6 to 27, 2026 · Small group · North India, Kerala, or the full journey

If India has been on your list but planning it has felt like too much, this is a more thoughtful way in.
You can join for a week in North India and experience the history, colour, and cultural richness the country is known for. Then continue into a 14-night Ayurvedic retreat in Kerala, set high in the tea plantations of
Munnar, designed to help you genuinely slow down, restore, and reset.
Or, if the retreat is the part that calls to you most, you can join for that on its own.
Everything is carefully organised. You focus on the experience. I take care of the rest.

The Kerala portion of this journey is not simply a wellness stop at the end of a trip.
Sitaram Mountain Retreat sits high in the Western Ghats of Munnar, surrounded by cardamom and tea plantations at around
1,500 metres above sea level. The cool mountain air, the mist over the hills in the morning, and the sheer quiet of this setting do something that simply cannot be replicated elsewhere.
At Sitaram, your treatment programme is designed by qualified Ayurvedic doctors from the moment you arrive. You receive daily personalised treatments, Ayurvedic meals prepared around your specific needs, daily yoga and meditation, and the chance to settle into a much slower rhythm for two full weeks.
Between treatments, the retreat offers guided spice plantation walks, riverside hikes, tea garden walks to a waterfall, cooking sessions, evening tea tasting, and birdwatching in the surrounding forest.
Sitaram Mountain Retreat holds NABH accreditation, the national healthcare standard for Ayurvedic medicine in India. This is not simply a beautiful place with treatments added on. It is a fully medically supervised Ayurvedic retreat.

A trip like this is not something most people want to organise on their own.
With over two decades in travel, my role is to handle every detail of both parts of this journey, from the G Adventures booking and logistics in North India to the Sitaram retreat reservation, transfers, and communications in Kerala.
You do not need to sort through options, manage two separate bookings, or figure out the logistics of travelling between Delhi and Munnar. I take care of all of it. And when something needs navigating, you have a real person to call.
This may be right for you if:
India has been on your list but planning it has felt like too much
You want a trip that gives you more than sightseeing
You are drawn to a complete Ayurvedic wellness experience in an extraordinary natural setting
You want proper time to restore, not just a quick escape
You are in a season of life where you are ready to do something fully and unapologetically yours
This is also a wonderful trip to share with a friend or sister
